Since a few years I had anymore of them, and it was very difficult to find birds for sale. Now I will have the possibility again to breed this season 2019 with genetically pure Chinese painted quails (Coturnix chinensis).
Those pure birds are now very rare in private collections because the imports stopped years ago, and the breeders mixed them with mutants.
I will try to produce a maximum of chicks out of my two breeding pairs.
In case of problem I have 5 other males in “reserve team” !
