This is now my second year breeding solid recessive white fallow birds.
After a long selection process, the birds are now big, healthy, producing normal-sized eggs and viable chicks.
The total absence of melanistic spots/patches in the plumage is for me essential.
Note that the eyes are pink and not red because they are not ino-birds but well Fallow (aka pink-eyed dilute, the first name of this mutation).
